Arc is ScreenCloud's new enterprise product, made ready on October 2026. It ships built around four focused outcomes, and every feature listed below earns its place against one of them. Here we have listed what is available in Arc from day one. We are actively building Arc's feature set out, so keep an eye on Arc release notes for what lands next!
Device Management
The device fleet is secure, reliable, performant and extensible.
Feature | What it does | Why it matters |
Screens management | Pair, name and manage screens centrally, across all supported players. | One place for the whole estate, whatever it's running. |
RDM | Full remote device management for ScreenCloud-owned devices, with parity for everything else. | Full remote control where we own the device, and no regression for anyone moving across. |
Content Management, Scaled
Content moves at volume to the right audiences, governed and efficient at any scale.
Feature | What it does | Why it matters |
Collections | Post to an audience rather than to a playlist, assigning content to groups of screens. | Breaks the link between content volume and admin effort. |
Layouts | The same collection displayed in different layouts on different screens. | Tailored per audience, without managing content more than once. |
Moderation | Contributions from many people are reviewed before they reach screens. | Open contribution up without opening up risk. |
Roles and access | Admin, Member and Billing levels across content, screens and billing. | The permission structure that lets an enterprise let more people in. |
SSO | Single sign-on against your own identity provider. | The first thing enterprise IT asks for. |
Post boosting | Make a post appear more often while it matters. | Urgency handled by the system rather than by rebuilding a schedule. |
Persistent preview | See exactly how content will display on any specific screen. | The reason people trust the system enough to let it run unattended. |
On-screen fallback | Screens show something sensible when content runs out. | Closes the black-screen error class. |
Auto-scheduling | Screens sequence content automatically at ideal durations. | No playlists to build, none to maintain. |
Themes | Brand colors and style applied at screen level. | Brand adherence set once, not policed post by post. |
Scheduling | Publish, expire and recur on created posts. | Content that removes itself. Nobody has to remember to take it down. |
Linked posts | Posts that always play together, in sequence, to tell a story. | Precursor to campaigns. |
Global search | Find any post, feed, collection or screen with Cmd+K. | At volume, finding a thing is the job. |
Mobile | Create and manage content on the go. | Comms doesn't stop when someone leaves their desk. |
Content Transformation
New and existing content is transformed for screen, on-brand and visually effective.
Feature | What it does | Why it matters |
Quick Post | Create a post from text, image, link or document and it comes out screen-ready. | No design step between having something to say and saying it. |
Auto-design | Anything added is designed for screen automatically. | Beautiful by default, not beautiful if someone bothers. |
Feed connections | Connect Teams, SharePoint, intranet and RSS sources, and posts appear automatically. | The content already exists, so transforming it lets you reuse it. |
PowerPoint support | Upload a deck, get a series of screen-ready posts. | The single most common format comms teams already have. |
Power BI | Show login-restricted Power BI reports on screen securely. | Operational data on screens without a person exporting a screenshot every morning. |
Apps | Bring content from other tools to screen, including spreadsheets, video, design tools and social walls. | The tools people already use, on screen without an export step. |
Layout apps | Small-format content in a secondary zone beside a collection, such as time, travel, markets and sport. | The ambient context that makes a screen worth looking at. |
Value Attribution
The chain from content to impact is measured and demonstrable.
Feature | What it does | Why it matters |
Reach reporting | Shows audience reach, calculated as screens multiplied by post views, evolving toward measured attention. | A critical step toward signage being valued alongside every other channel. |
Content auto-tagging | Posts are classified by topic against an organization label library. | The connective tissue. Without tags there is no content-mix analysis. |

Clock | Time, date and day |
World Clock | Local time in cities worldwide |

Every feed can carry AI feed transformation, using plain-English rules to summarize, filter, rewrite tone or translate, so only screen-ready content gets through.
What if a Feature isn't in Arc Yet?
Arc is our newest product and we are actively expanding what it can do. If a feature isn't in this list yet, it may still be available elsewhere today, and it may be on the Arc roadmap for a future release.
