If a Station P1 Pro has failed outright, or its Wi-Fi antenna has been lost or damaged, this article covers what to do. Faulty devices within warranty can be replaced by our support team, and the Wi-Fi antenna is a standard part you can source yourself.
Requesting a replacement for a faulty device
Try troubleshooting first
Work through the troubleshooting steps in ScreenCloud OS Setup Guide before requesting a replacement. Most faults that look terminal are recoverable.
In particular, reflash the device from a micro SD card. This reinstalls ScreenCloud OS from scratch and resolves boot failures, software corruption and devices that stay stubbornly offline. If a device is unresponsive or behaving unpredictably, a reflash is usually the most effective fix.
Warranty
The standard warranty is one year from the date of purchase, unless an extended warranty was bought alongside the device. A replacement can be arranged when the device is faulty, unusable and still within that period.
What to prepare
Have all four of these ready before contacting support. Requests without them take longer to process.
Screen name and ID | The name and screen ID of the device in your ScreenCloud account, if it was paired before the fault occurred. Do not delete the screen until support has reviewed the request. |
Proof of purchase | The invoice or receipt for the device. |
Video evidence | A clear video showing the fault, for example the device not powering on when connected to power, or not displaying anything when connected to a working display. |
Delivery details | The full delivery address and recipient name for the replacement shipment. |

Submitting the request
Once everything is ready, contact ScreenCloud Support by chat, WhatsApp or email. The team will review the request and either arrange a replacement or help resolve the fault.
Replacing the Wi-Fi antenna
The Wi-Fi antenna supplied with the Station P1 Pro is a standard part. ScreenCloud does not sell replacements, but compatible antennas are widely available from third-party retailers, often in multi-packs.
Compatible antenna specifications
Any replacement needs to meet all three of the following.
Connector type: RP-SMA (male), with no centre pin
Gain: 3 dBi
Cable length, if the antenna has one: under 1.5 metres
The antenna is only needed for Wi-Fi. A device on Ethernet will run without it attached.
