You don't need to be at your desk to share updates with your team or customers. You can create and publish new content directly from your smartphone.
Creating a New Post
You create a post from your phone in the same way you would on a computer.
Log in: open your browser or app and log into your account on your phone.
Start creating: tap Create Post.
Select a Collection: choose the Collection where you want your post to live. This makes sure your content reaches the correct screens.
Adding Your Content
Once you've started your post, you can add text and media:
Write your message
Type your update, announcement, or headline directly into the editor.
Add media
Upload an image or video from your phone's library, or take a photo to show your audience what is happening right now.
Sending It to a Screen
After you've reviewed your post and added your media, tap Send.
Your post is processed and pushed to the screens showing the Collection you selected.
