The ScreenCloud Taggbox Display app lets you display a social media wall built in Taggbox directly on your screens. Once connected, updates to your wall in Taggbox are automatically reflected on screen.

Setting Up the Taggbox Display App
The Taggbox Display app can be added to a Collection.
Adding via a Collection
In your Collection, click the Apps tab.
Click Explore Apps.
Find and select Taggbox Display from the list.
Review the preview window, then click + Create.

Wall URL | Required. The Display Wall URL copied from your Taggbox account. |
Building Your Social Wall in Taggbox
Your social wall is built on the Taggbox side first, then connected to Arc using a link.
Go to your Taggbox account and create an account, or log in if you already have one.
From the Taggbox Display home page, click My Walls to start a new wall.
Give your wall a name. Taggbox generates a unique URL for it based on this name, which you can change later.
Turn on the Profanity Filter if you'd like it applied, then click Create Wall.
Choose the source you want to pull content from to populate your wall.
Review the preview of your social wall using the source you selected.
Click the Display icon in the bottom-left corner, then select Integrate with Digital Signage.
Choose ScreenCloud as your integration option.
Click Copy Display Wall URL, then paste it into the Wall URL field in your Taggbox Display app instance.
Taggbox is a third-party service, separate from Arc, and requires its own paid plan to access its features. See Taggbox pricing or sign up for a free trial. For a full walkthrough of building a wall, see the Taggbox Support Center guide.
Click Save New App once your Name and Wall URL are filled in.
Showing the Taggbox Display App on a Screen
The Taggbox Display app is added within a Collection, so it reaches a screen when that Collection is assigned to one.
Open your Collection and select the Screens tab.
Click Connect a screen to see your available paired screens.
Select the screen you want. The Collection, including your Taggbox Display app, will begin playing there.

FAQ
How do I change or remove a Taggbox app instance?
Open the existing app instance in your Collection and replace or delete the Wall URL. Removing an instance means it will no longer display content on your screen.
How do I customise the design of my Taggbox wall?
Design and theme changes are made directly in your Taggbox account, not in Arc. Any changes you make there are automatically reflected on your screen.
Does the app work in portrait mode?
Yes, the app works in both portrait and landscape orientation.
My Taggbox wall has stopped rendering on screen. What should I do?
This can happen after changes on Taggbox's side break long-standing wall links. Go to your Taggbox account, copy the Display Wall URL again, and paste it into your app instance to refresh the connection.
Why do only some images from a social media post show up?
Tiles pulled from social media posts only show the image in the first position. If a post has multiple images, the others won't display.
