Choosing how location works
You have two options for setting location:
Use screen location (automatic): turn this on if you want the weather to automatically match wherever each screen is set up. Useful if you manage screens across several locations.
Set locations manually: leave the toggle off and enter the city names yourself if you want full control over which cities are shown.
If "Use screen location" is off, Location 1 is required. The app won't save without it.
Click Save New App. A confirmation message displays: "App instance created successfully."

FAQ
How are the forecasts ordered?
Forecasts display left to right in the order you enter them across Location 1, 2, and 3. To change the order, change the order you select cities in those fields.
How long is the Weather app shown for?
Weather is added to a Layout, so it displays for a fixed 12 seconds. See Adding Apps to Collections and Layouts for how display duration works across Collections and Layouts.
How often are the weather forecasts updated?
The forecast cache refreshes every 30 minutes.
Can I show both Celsius and Fahrenheit at once?
Not within a single instance. Create two separate app instances, one set to each unit, and add both to your Layout, or to the same screen with "Use screen location" enabled on each.
Can I use the Weather app in portrait or landscape format?
Yes, the Weather app works in both portrait and landscape.
