Setting Up the Monday App
The Monday app can be added to a Collection.
Adding via a Collection
Go to Collections.
Select the Collection you want to add the app to, or create a new one.
Click the Apps tab, then Add app.
Select Monday from the list of apps, then click Create.

Getting Your Shareable Link or Embed Code
Open your board in Monday.com.
Click the Main table dropdown, or the options menu on the view you want to share, then select Share view.
Toggle the board to be visible to anyone on the web with the link.
Copy either the Shareable link or the Embed code. Both work with the app.
Paste it into the Monday embed code field.
Monday's own share dialog gives a few reminders worth keeping in mind: filtered data (items and columns) can still be accessed by tech-savvy users, Files, Mirror, and Connect board columns aren't included in shared views, and items with active permissions won't display.
Click Save New App once you've configured your settings.
Showing the Monday App on a Screen
The Monday app is added within a Collection, so it reaches a screen when that Collection is assigned to one.
Open your Collection and select the Screens tab.
Click Connect a screen to see your available paired screens.
Select the screen you want. The Collection, including your Monday app, will begin playing there.

How do I add a Monday.com board to my screen?
Copy the embed code or sharing link from your public Monday.com board, paste it into the app, and assign it to your screens. Your board will now display and update automatically.
Does the board update automatically?
Yes. Any changes made in Monday.com are reflected on your screens in real time.
Can I display multiple Monday.com boards?
Yes, you can add multiple instances of the app, each displaying a different board.
Why can't I click the sharing link for the Monday.com board?
You must be an owner of the board to obtain its sharing link.
I don't want to make my Monday.com board public. Can I still display it with the Monday app?
No. To display your board with the Monday app, you'll need to make it public using its embed code or shareable link.
Can I display Monday.com dashboards or reports?
No, the Monday app can only display boards, not dashboards or reports.
Does the Timeline view work on all devices?
The Timeline view may not display correctly on Android-based players, including Amazon Fire OS and PIXI devices, as Monday.com recognises these as mobile devices.
