The ScreenCloud Google Sheets app lets you display a Google Sheets spreadsheet directly on your screens using an embed code. Once published, any changes made to the spreadsheet are automatically reflected on screen.

Setting Up the Google Sheets App
The Google Sheets app can be added to a Collection.
Adding via a Collection
Go to Collections.
Select the Collection you want to add the app to, or create a new one.
Click the Apps tab, then Add app.
Select Google Sheets from the list of apps, then click Create.

Zoom factor | Sets the zoom level for the display. Accepts values between 1 and 10. |
Getting Your Embed Code
Open your spreadsheet in Google Sheets.
Click File, then Share, then Publish to the web.
Select the Embed tab.
Click Publish, then confirm by clicking OK.
Copy the generated
<iframe>code.Paste it into the Embed code field in your Google Sheets app instance.
Publish to the web is separate from Google's regular sharing permissions, such as "Anyone with the link can view." Your spreadsheet must specifically be published to the web, not just shared, to display correctly. This allows the screen to display your Google Sheet without authentication.
Checking Automatically republish when changes are made (enabled by default) keeps the published version in sync whenever you edit the spreadsheet.
Click Save New App once you've configured your settings.
Showing the Google Sheets App on a Screen
The Google Sheets app is added within a Collection, so it reaches a screen when that Collection is assigned to one.
Open your Collection and select the Screens tab.
Click Connect a screen to see your available paired screens.
Select the screen you want. The Collection, including your Google Sheets app, will begin playing there.

FAQ
Why isn't my spreadsheet showing?
Make sure your spreadsheet is published to the web. If it hasn't been published, it won't show. Setting a file to "anyone can view" is not the same as publishing it to the web. You can check whether a file is published by opening it in a browser where you aren't logged into a Google account.
How often does the app refresh?
The app checks for updates every five minutes.
Can the app display charts, graphs, or advanced formatting?
No. The app doesn't render charts, graphics, or any CSS styling included in your Google Sheet.
