Setting Up the Soccer Scores App
Soccer Scores is a Layout app and cannot be added to a Collection.
Adding via a Layout
Click Layouts in the left-hand menu.
Click the Layout Apps tab.
Scroll to Explore Apps for Layouts and find the Soccer Scores card.
Click the plus sign on it, or click the card and then click +Create in the preview window.
Configuring the app
App Settings
Setting | Description |
Name | The name of your Soccer Scores app instance. Defaults to "Soccer Scores." |
Soccer League/Cup | The league or tournament to display, from 25 available options including the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, Spanish La Liga, and FIFA World Cup. |
Language | English, Spanish (Español), German (Deutsch), French (Français), or Dutch (Nederlands). |
Score duration (in seconds) | How many seconds each match score stays on screen before switching to the next. Defaults to 5 seconds. |
Soccer Scores only supports landscape orientation and doesn't currently work in portrait.
Click Save New App. A confirmation message displays: "App instance created successfully."
Showing the Soccer Scores App on a Screen
Soccer Scores is a Layout app, so it reaches a screen through the Layout it's added to.
Go to Screens and select the screen you want to update.
Open the screen's settings panel.
Adjust its Layout setting to the Layout containing your Soccer Scores app.

FAQ
What time period do the scores and fixtures cover?
This depends on the league's own schedule. The app typically pulls in scores from the most recent day of games, the current day, including any completed or upcoming matches, and the next day's upcoming fixtures.
How often do the scores refresh?
Updates push live to the app every six hours.
Can I request a league that isn't currently supported?
The app currently supports the leagues listed in its Soccer League/Cup setting. If there's a league you'd like to see added, use Share feedback under the Help menu in Arc to submit a request.
Where does the Soccer Scores app get its data from?
The app pulls its data from sportsdata.io.
Does the app support portrait mode?
No, Soccer Scores only supports landscape orientation.
