You can sign in using Google, Microsoft, or email, whichever fits how your organization manages accounts. This guide covers each method, resetting your password, switching between organizations, and what to do if you've been invited to join one.
Signing In
Follow these steps to sign in:
Go to signin.screencloud.com.
Select one of the three sign-in options.
Choosing Your Sign-In Method
Continue with Google: Signs you in with your existing Google account credentials.
Continue with Microsoft: Signs you in with your existing Microsoft account credentials.
Continue with email: Enter the email address linked to your account, then click Continue with email. This method uses the password created when your account was set up, and is managed directly by ScreenCloud rather than a third-party provider.
If the email address isn't linked to an account yet, you'll be asked to verify it, and a new account is created automatically. If you meant to sign in to an existing account, check that you're using the correct email address before continuing.
Resetting Your Password
If you sign in with email and can't remember your password, you can reset it from the sign-in page:
Go to signin.screencloud.com and select Continue with email.
Click Reset password.
Enter the email address on your account and follow the instructions sent to your inbox to create a new password.
This option only applies to accounts using the email sign-in method. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, your password is managed by that provider instead.
Signing In After You've Been Invited
If someone invites you to their organization, you'll receive an email invite. Click Open ScreenCloud in that email to get started.
If you don't have an account yet, click Sign up instead of signing in directly. You can set up your login one of two ways.
Signing Up with Email
Enter your first name, last name, and email address. Use the same email address the invite was sent to.
Click Continue.
Create a password for your account.
Signing Up with Google or Microsoft
Click Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft, depending on which provider you want to use.
Follow the prompts to finish signing up with that account.
If you see the message "This email is not available," you've already created login credentials with that email address. Sign in instead using the method you originally set up.
Switching Between Organizations
If your email address has been invited to more than one organization, you can switch between them after signing in. You don't need separate accounts or separate logins for each organization your email is part of.
FAQ
What happens if I try to sign in with email but haven't set up an account yet?
You'll be asked to verify your email address, and a new account is created automatically. If you meant to sign in to an existing account, double check you're using the correct email address first.
Can I reset my password?
Yes, if you sign in with email. Select Continue with email on the sign-in page, then click Reset password. This doesn't apply if you sign in with Google or Microsoft, since your password is managed by that provider.
Can I be part of more than one organization?
Yes. If your email address is invited to multiple organizations, you can switch between them after signing in.
Why does it say "This email is not available" when I try to sign up?
You've already created login credentials with that email address in the past. Sign in instead using the method you originally set up.
